- The Early Bird rates are valid until 31 July 2026 (23:59 GMT).
- Payment is by credit/debit card only.
- To register for UKICER, you will need to create an account on the University of Cambridge esales system.
- Registration will close on 24 August 2026 (23:59 GMT).
- If you come to this page after 24 August and wish to attend, please contact the UKICER organisers.
- University of Cambridge staff attending UKICER pay the normal rates but should raise a PO separately to this process; a PO number is needed prior to booking in this case.
- Information about reduced-rate hotel accommodation can be found at the bottom of the page.

The UKICER conference will start on Thursday, 3 September 2026, at 9 am (GMT) and finish on Friday, 4 September, at 5 pm (GMT). These times are preliminary and might change as soon as the programme is finalised.
Registration includes coffee/tea and lunch on both days of the conference and a 3-course conference dinner at Magdalene College on Thursday evening. We are also offering a printed version of the proceedings and a tote bag with a small selection of sponsored items. These items are free of charge and not funded by the conference fee. You can opt in to receiving these additional items at registration.
Optional pre-conference events: There is the option to participate in a punting excursion on Wednesday afternoon, for which participants will need to pay £10 as a contribution. For those not attending the punting trip, there will be a guided walk of Cambridge offered for free.
Registration Terms and Conditions
- Please provide evidence for your status (student/teacher ID or your ACM UK SIGCSE Chapter member number) during the registration process.
- The organisers are not liable for any claims for damages and/or losses if the entire conference has to be canceled due to a force majeure incident.
- Participation is not guaranteed until full payment of the registration fee is received.
- The conference programme may be subject to change.
Accommodation Booking
We have arranged reduced rates with Hyatt Centric Cambridge. The hotel is a 20-minute walk from the conference location.
- A single bedroom with breakfast is available at £145 per night.
- A double bedroom with breakfast is available at £160 per night.
- The location also offers family rooms or self-catering apartments. Please get in touch with the organisers if you would like to book these.
